Yoohoo! New things to look out for!

Hi everyone!

It’s been awhile, but we have certainly not been asleep!

Thanks to all your support, we have gone through a hardware upgrade to be able to sustain all of the activity on Yuntaa.com. It’s all being integrated as we speak. At the same time, our new Yuntaa Manager will also be released (currently being thoroughly tested). So the date to mark on your calendars is 14 May. This is when everything will merge into our site – the new Yuntaa Manager, the new hardware plus a handful of nice new features on Yuntaa.com.

All of you out there who currently have a paid account with Yuntaa.com will receive a nice surprise from us then. So if you do not already have a paid Yuntaa.com account, you should hurry and get one now (before 14 May!).

And watch out for our new photo-printing service that will launch too – the best quality you will find at such competitive prices!

NEWS !!!!

Dear Yuntaa community,

First of all, I'd like to thank all of you for your support through this time. We've received a lot of feedback from all of you and it has helped us get even better. Based on your feedback, we are about to release some new great features in February (see the previous blog post!).

More importantly, we are about to release some important news - we have received an investment in order to improve our products and services to you even more! More details in the press release on the homepage.


We will also present a whole new look and feel for the Yuntaa home page, plus we will soon implement some newly purchased top-of-the-line hardware to support our platform.

Lot's of new exciting things are happening and we have you to thank for it. Keep on speaking to us the way you do now. Enjoy!

Yuntaa Manager Patch Released

Hi Everyone,

We've created a patch for the Yuntaa Manager that fixes a particular character set conversion issue.  The issue effects uploads that contain the characters:

é, è, ç, à, ö    

and other typically European characters. 

You can download the patch from here:

http://www.yuntaa.com/downloads/patch_09012008.zip

Be sure to completely log off and close your Yuntaa Manager (even in the system tray by the clock, lower right hand corner of your screen) before installing the patch.

Also, we're currently hard at work making additional improvements to the Yuntaa Manager based on all your feedback about the tool.  Our goal is to make the Yuntaa Manager one of the best on the market, and we're really excited about these upcoming improvements.

Updates coming up ....

Hi Everyone -

We're making an update to the site over the next few hours (Wednesday Dec 19th from about 16h30 GMT+1 to about 19h00 GMT+1).  There will be a slight interruption in some of the services and we'll be offline for a few minutes while we update the code base during this time. 

.... but it'll be worth it, some more cool stuff on the way ....
